Guy Vance Brown Architects provided multiple site-design studies, city coordination, zoning change plans, and construction drawings to maximize building lease area for California developers, Jonathan Ingram and Lyle Garner. The developers chose to help a commercially under-developed area of south Dallas with their first retail center in Texas.
This was the first neighborhood commercial building that was not a prefab metal building. GVB Architect's design provided for a well built yet economical building.
