This self storage structure is designed for maximum use of a tight and severely sloping site. Three stories of storage are situated above two floors of parking garage. The parking structure took advantage of the sloping streets so that no internal ramps were needed. This allowed more parking and thus more rentable storage units. A tower was added to the structure to increase visibility and awareness of the business which is set back from the main thoroughfare.
